This drawing reflects the study of the spine as well as its psychophysiology. From this anatomical foundation, an intuitive process of abstraction unfolds — one that embodies the unseen layers of memory, emotion, and inner experience. Where the neck and upper back are linked to mental and emotional stress, the mid-back becomes a vessel for repressed feelings, and the lower back reveals deeper tensions related to security, vulnerability, and survival. This merging of structure and sensation seeks to expose the quiet dialogue between body and psyche — a visual language of what we hold, suppress, or carry within.
